Splotter Con Merchandise

Fulfillment Policies

  • Refund Policy: Refunds for most reasons will be issued minus a 5% payment processing / handling fee (our payment processor does not refund these costs). For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund.
  • Some products appear twice in the store, but the items are identical. This is done solely to allow customers to include both in-stock and preorder items in the same order, as our software requires orders to be classified as either all in-stock or all preorder.
    • All preorder items will ship after the convention or may be picked up at the con.
    • If you want your order to ship immediately, select products without the preorder button.
  • We ship everything from Pittsburgh, PA, USA. All orders placed through our webstore ship via USPS. Unfortunately, USPS doesn’t always offer the lowest prices overseas but that is the shipping integration we have available to us. We will ship almost anywhere in the world, but it can be expensive and we are not responsible for any import fees your country may charge on top of the shipping costs.
  • We’ve received some overseas inquiries about shipping prices as they are quite high for individuals. To help reduce shipping costs, we are accepting bulk preorders. If you are interested in placing a group buy of WEB, GOSSIP! and/or Splotter Unboxed (while supplies last), contact Dean. Multiples of 10 games required.
  • If a shipment is ever severely damaged, we will replace it – please be aware that we are a small company and cannot afford to replace games that may have minor cosmetic damage to a game box. But if there are things missing, or the product is really wrecked, we’ll make it right.
  • If you have placed an order and realize you want to add to it, please email us and we’ll send you an updated invoice with the outstanding amount due.
  • If you are a retailer who is interested in carrying our games, we’re sorry but our licensing agreement with Splotter only permits us to sell direct. Also, we do not make our products super retail-friendly (no UPC codes, no information on the back of the box, etc.).
