We ship everything from Pittsburgh, PA, USA. All orders placed through our webstore ship via USPS. Unfortunately, USPS doesn’t always offer the lowest prices overseas but that is the shipping integration we have available to us. We will ship almost anywhere in the world, but it can be expensive and we are not responsible for any import fees your country may charge on top of the shipping costs.

We’ve received some overseas inquiries about shipping prices as they are quite high for individuals. To help reduce shipping costs, we are accepting bulk preorders. If you are interested in placing a group buy of WEB and/or D’r af (while supplies last), contact Dean. Multiples of 11 games required.

If a shipment is ever severely damaged, we will replace it – please be aware that we are a small company and cannot afford to replace games that may have minor cosmetic damage to a game box. But if there are things missing, or the product is really wrecked, we’ll make it right.

If you have placed an order and realize you want to add to it, the best way to do it is to email to ask for a cancellation and then place a new order with everything you want.

If you are a retailer who is interested in carrying our games, we’re sorry about our licensing agreement with Splotter only permits us to sell direct. Also, we do not make our products super retail-friendly (no UPC codes, no information on the back of the box, etc.).
