Splotter Con 2026 is dedicated to the memory of Adam Kramer — a dear friend, devoted Splotter collector, and one of the convention’s earliest volunteers, whose presence helped shape our community from the very beginning. Splotter Con is a small, community-focused heavy board game convention in Pittsburgh for players who love deep economic and strategy games. It’s built for people who want more than a crowded hall: more games played, more meaningful conversation, and a friendlier pace where it’s easy to meet others and get the right group to the table.
The weekend centers on a curated library of titles (including Splotter classics and modern heavy favorites), organized play opportunities, and light structure that helps everyone feel included, whether you’re bringing a group or arriving solo. Expect tournaments and contests, prizes and swag, and plenty of space to play well into the night.
